After the big success of the Metropolitan Palace Hotel~Beirut, Al Habtoor Group decided to extend their businesses by developing the second unique project, Habtoor Grand Hotel Convention Center & Spa, which will be the highest building in town, height of 130 meters, with a total investment of 250 Million USD; an important step forward aiming to enhance Sin El Fil area and to provide job opportunities for more than 1,000 Lebanese youths.
Moreover, Habtoor Grand Hotel Convention Center & Spa will be linked by a bridge to the Metropolitan Palace Hotel, creating "Habtoor City".

Habtoor Grand Hotel Convention Center & Spa includes the biggest ballroom in Lebanon, Emirates Hall which is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment suitable for conventions, conferences, dinner concerts, wedding celebrations, exhibitions and fashion shows. With a surface of 2,200 m2, and a capacity exceeding 2,000 invitees, the Hall can also be easily divided into four separate function rooms able to accommodate 900-seated participants each. Moreover, the Emirates Hall will also be equipped with a simultaneous translation system for up to 6 languages for 600 participants, as well as the latest Auto-Q system.

Boulevard:
