Loyal Card LaunchUnique new loyalty card set to take Dubai by storm
Habtoor Hotels hotels have just launched a new Loyal card which is unique in Dubai. The programme offers rewards and privileges that give points when ever you visit their hotels - whether to stay overnight, enjoy a superb meal or even a quick visit to your favourite lounge at the end of the day.
The reason why it is unique is because it can be used for both accommodation stays as well as restaurant visits, there is no cost to join and by using 'smart' cards members do not need to phone in to redeem points in the restaurants - you simply hand your card over when paying.
What's more to encourage visits to the restaurants each member will receive a pack of vouchers once they have achieved the base level. Then as they progress through the tiers to "Gold' and 'Platinum' so the amount of credit in the form of points they receive on their card will increase. For example a Gold level member will receive a 20% credit on his card and a Platinum member 25% credit.
Group Director of Marketing David Danby said 'This is a really exciting concept and will enable Habtoor Hotels to recognise and reward our regular customers in a simple fun way. It is easy for the guest to use, and more importantly is hassle free when they wish to redeem their points. There is no need to phone in to a central office and wait for a voucher to be delivered - they just present their card to the restaurant and it is all handled there and then. Furthermore for those members who wish to leap through the tiers and become a Loyal Gold member immediately and thus earn a 20% credit without having to wait while their expenditure accumulates, a Fast Track charge of dhs 350 has been introduced.'
Membership forms are to found in the lobby of all Habtoor Hotels hotels, or call 971 4 3212135
